From our showroom floor to your driveway. Here is exactly what happens after you say "Yes" to your new vehicle.
1. Title & Paperwork Processing
Once your financing is approved or payment clears, our back-office team handles all the heavy lifting. We process your state title, temporary tags, and registration. All of your official final paperwork will be securely packaged and mailed directly to your home address via certified mail with tracking.
2. Quality Check & Detailing
Before any vehicle leaves our lot, it goes through a final "white-glove" inspection. We top off all fluids, check tire pressures, and give the interior and exterior a professional deep clean and polish.
3. Secure Dispatch & Transit
Whether you are picking the car up locally or having it shipped out-of-state, we coordinate the logistics. For shipped vehicles, we load your car onto a fully insured transport carrier and provide you with tracking updates.
4. The Handover
The best part! We hand you the keys. Our delivery specialist will do a final walk-around with you, help you pair your phone to the Bluetooth/infotainment system, and answer any final questions about your new ride's features.
5. After Care & Support
Our relationship doesn't end when you drive off the lot. We will check in a few days later to make sure you are loving the car. Your warranty goes into effect immediately, and our service network is always just a phone call away for future maintenance.
