By affixing a digital signature below, the Purchaser(s) legally bind themselves to the pricing, terms, and conditions stated within this certificate under penalty of applicable law. ADDENDUM A
Addendum A — Terms, Conditions & Guarantees

1. Title Guarantee & Vehicle Provenance

Nesh Auto Sales guarantees that the motor vehicle described on Page 1 is sold with a free and clear title, devoid of undisclosed financial liens, encumbrances, or salvage history unless explicitly declared prior to execution. Upon cleared funding, all legal transfer documents including the original title will be released to the Purchaser within the timeframe mandated by applicable state law.

2. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

Unless a separate express written warranty is provided and attached as an exhibit hereto, the vehicle is sold strictly "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." Nesh Auto Sales expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Purchaser assumes full responsibility for all repairs, defects, and conditions post-delivery.

3. Cryptocurrency & Digital Asset Payments

Where the Purchaser elects Cryptocurrency settlement, the transaction must be conducted through Nesh Auto Sales' verified digital wallet infrastructure. The USD-to-Crypto exchange rate is permanently locked at invoice generation time. Network fees (gas fees) are solely the Purchaser's responsibility. Blockchain confirmation is required before title is transferred.

4. Finality of Sale & Deposits

All sales finalized under this certificate are absolute and binding. Monetary deposits placed to secure a vehicle or initiate delivery are strictly non-refundable, except in the sole event that Nesh Auto Sales is entirely unable to deliver the vehicle as described herein due to circumstances within Nesh Auto Sales' control.

5. Delivery, Transit & Risk of Loss

If scheduled for home or port delivery, Nesh Auto Sales acts solely as a coordinating intermediary for the transport carrier. Upon execution of this agreement and departure of the vehicle from our facility, all risk of loss, damage, theft, or liability transfers to the Purchaser. Active insurance coverage is strongly advised effective immediately upon execution.

6. Electronic Signature Validity

The digital signatures applied to this document carry full legal force equivalent to wet-ink signatures pursuant to the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) provisions adopted by the relevant jurisdiction.

7. Jurisdiction & Binding Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nesh Auto Sales is legally registered. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under standard commercial arbitration rules, with costs shared equally unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
